Used Calumet 4k Boom arm counter balance weight. This attaches to a boom arm on the opposite end to the studio flash head to stop it toppling over , essential if you want to extend the arm a long way from the stand. This can also be used to add extra weight to a tripod to give a very very sturdy support in windy weather or when using a less sturdy tripod.
